Whatever your phone is for,
give it to the agent.
These are the jobs customers hand over on day one. Each comes as a template: a prompt in plain words, the right tools switched on, the right safety nets in place. Change any sentence and it changes how the agent behaves. Below each one you can read how a call actually goes.
AI receptionist
Answers on the first ring, every time. Tells callers what they need to know, routes them to the right person, takes a message when nobody is free, and never puts anyone in a queue with music.
Agent: Dr. Holm is in until four. I can put you through, or take a message if she is with a patient. Which do you prefer?
Appointment booking
Checks real availability in your calendar or booking system, offers two times, books the one the caller picks, confirms by SMS, and moves or cancels when plans change. The agent only says "booked" after the tool has said so.
Caller: Thursday.
Agent: Thursday at 14:00 with Dr. Holm is booked. I have sent you a text with the details.
Lead qualification
A form comes in, the agent calls back in moments while the interest is warm. It asks the three questions your sales team asks, writes the answers on the lead, and books a meeting with the right person if it fits.
Caller: Yes and yes.
Agent: Great. Our adviser Mikkel has time Wednesday morning for a fifteen-minute call. Shall I book it?
Customer support
The questions that fill the inbox: where is my order, how do I return, what does it cost, when are you open. Answered from your knowledge base, in the caller's language, with a person one sentence away.
Agent: Yes. Returns are accepted in any of our shops within 30 days with the receipt or order number. Would you like the nearest shop's opening hours?
Orders and status
Connect your shop or ERP as a tool and the agent looks up the order while talking: shipped, delayed, delivered. It can also take a simple order, repeat it back, and send it on.
Agent: One moment. Order 48213 left our warehouse yesterday and should arrive tomorrow before six. Shall I text you the tracking link?
Reminders and campaigns
Appointment reminders the day before, renewals, win-backs, waiting-list calls. Upload the list, set the window, and the dialer works through it with retries and voicemail detection. Every outcome lands on the lead.
Caller: Can we make it 10?
Agent: 10:00 is free. Moved. See you tomorrow.
Surveys and follow-ups
Three questions after a visit, a delivery or a repair. Short, polite, in the customer's language, with the answers written as fields you can export or send to your tools.
Caller: A five.
Agent: Thank you. And would you recommend us to a neighbour?
After hours and overflow
Forward calls to the agent when nobody picks up, when the line is busy, or outside opening hours. It handles what it can, takes the rest as messages, and your team starts the morning with a summary instead of a voicemail box.
The agent knows what it does not know.
Every template ships with the same three habits, because a receptionist who bluffs is worse than no receptionist.
Says it is an AI
In the greeting, in every language. Honest, and in many places required by law.
Never claims what it did not do
"Booked" is only said after the calendar said yes. A second model checks the reply on realtime engines.
Keeps a person within reach
Transfer, callback or message. Ask for a human and you get one, or a promise it will keep.
Pick one, change two sentences, press Test.
Every template is in the free account.
