Leads called back in moments.
Meetings in your calendar.
Meeting booking is the phone work in front of a sale: call, ask the right questions, agree a time. NordTell does it with an AI phone agent for the people who asked you to call, and for the customers you already have. It calls while the interest is still warm, says that it is an AI, and puts the meeting in your calendar. You pay for minutes of conversation, from €29 a month.
From form to booked meeting.
You decide who is called, what is asked and when. The agent does the dialling.
A lead comes in
Someone fills in your form, or you upload a list. A web lead can be called back within moments; a list is worked through in the hours you set, with retries and voicemail detection.
The agent calls
It says who it is calling for and that it is an AI, asks the questions your sales team would ask, and writes the answers on the lead. Anyone who asks for a person gets one, or a call back.
The meeting is booked
It checks your calendar, offers two times and books the one the lead picks. It only says "booked" when the calendar has confirmed it, and it can send the details by text. Every outcome lands on the lead.
Built for people who expect your call.
An agent is at its best where the call is welcome. That is also where the rules are simplest.
People who asked to be called
A form, a quote request, a "call me" button. Calling within the minute instead of the next morning is the whole point. Why the first minutes matter.
Customers you already have
Renewals, follow-ups after a quote, a yearly service visit, a meeting that has to move. Short, polite, and booked in the same call.
Business lists, with care
The agent dials the list you give it and always respects your do-not-call list. Whether you may call the people on it is your decision and your responsibility. See the rules below.
Check before you dial.
Sales calls are regulated, and the rules are stricter for private people than for companies. This is a pointer to the authorities, not legal advice.
Denmark
The Consumer Ombudsman states that phone sales to consumers are unlawful as a starting point, and that calling companies and authorities is lawful as a main rule. Sole traders can opt out, for example through the Robinson list. Forbrugerombudsmanden on phone sales (Danish).
Sweden
The Consumer Agency states that a consumer must accept a phone offer in writing after the call for the agreement to count, and advises companies to check numbers against the NIX register. Konsumentverket on phone sales (Swedish).
Norway
The Consumer Authority states that phone sales are allowed as a starting point unless the person has reserved in the Reservation Register, that a contact person can reserve directly with your company, and that a reservation does not apply to someone who asked you to call. Forbrukertilsynet on phone sales (Norwegian).
NordTell gives you the settings: a do-not-call list the dialler always respects, calling hours you set, and recording that can wait for the person's consent. How to run calling campaigns people do not mind.
Two worked examples.
You pay for minutes of conversation, not per booked meeting and not per user. A qualifying call is often around three minutes.
40 leads a month
40 calls of 3 minutes is 120 minutes. On Launch that is €29 plus 60 extra minutes at €0.50, so €59. Momentum includes 200 minutes for €99.
300 leads a month
300 calls of 3 minutes is 900 minutes. That fits inside Authority: €299 a month with 1,000 minutes included.

When a human meeting booker is the better choice.
The call has to persuade a stranger
Winning over someone who has never heard of you takes a skilled person. An agent is for calls that are expected.
The sale is large and complex
If booking the meeting already takes judgement about the buyer's organisation, keep a person on it.
You get five leads a month
Call them yourself. Come back when leads start waiting until the next morning.
Straight answers.
What is AI meeting booking?
A phone agent that calls your leads, asks the questions you choose, and books a meeting in your calendar when the lead fits. NordTell's agent says that it is an AI at the start of the call and writes the outcome on the lead.
How fast does it call a new lead?
A lead from a web form can be called back within moments, because the form can start the call. A list is called in the hours you set, with retries when nobody answers.
Can it make cold calls?
The agent calls the numbers you give it and always respects your do-not-call list. Whether you are allowed to call a person is your responsibility, and the rules differ by country and are stricter for private people than for companies. It works best for people who expect the call.
What does it cost?
You pay for minutes of conversation: from €29 a month with 60 minutes included, and extra minutes from €0.50. There is no price per booked meeting and no price per user. Prices exclude VAT.
What happens when the lead wants a person?
The agent puts the call through to you or a colleague with a short private briefing first. If nobody answers, it goes back to the lead and arranges a call back instead of hanging up.
Where is the data stored?
On servers inside the European Union. You decide whether calls are recorded, whether the person must agree first, and how many days anything is kept.
