Terms of service

Last updated 8 September 2026

These terms apply when you create an account and use the NordTell platform. Plain words again; the short version is: be honest with callers, pay for the minutes you use, and we will keep the service running and your data where it belongs.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping its password and two-factor codes to yourself. You may invite team members and, on white-label packages, clients; you are responsible for them within your workspaces.

Your agents and your callers

  • Your agents must identify themselves as AI assistants. The templates do this by default; do not remove it where the law requires it.
  • Recording calls may require consent where you or your callers are. The platform gives you the switch; you are responsible for using it correctly.
  • Outbound calling must respect do-not-call rules, calling hours and consent requirements in the countries you call. The blacklist and calling windows are tools for this, not a guarantee.
  • No harassment, fraud, impersonation of real people or organisations, or use that breaks the law where you or your callers are.

Minutes and billing

Packages are billed monthly or yearly in advance and include a monthly bucket of minutes. Minutes beyond the bucket are billed at your package's extra-minute price. Bought minute packs stay in your wallet until used. Prices are shown in the platform in your currency and exclude VAT. You can change or cancel your package from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Phone numbers and carriers

Numbers bought inside NordTell are provided through our carrier partners at the price shown before purchase. Numbers you bring from your own provider remain under your contract with that provider. Carrier fees for calls are included in the minute price unless stated otherwise in the platform.

AI models

The platform lets you choose external AI models. Their output can be wrong. Do not use agents for advice or decisions where an error could harm someone without a human check, and keep the safety nets on.

Our responsibilities

We run the service with care, keep your data in the EU, protect it as described in the privacy policy, and tell you about incidents that affect you. We may change features and prices; price changes for an existing package apply from your next billing period, with notice.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after contacting you where that is reasonable.

Law

Danish law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
