Already built agents
somewhere else?
If you are looking at NordTell as an alternative to another voice-AI platform, this page is the practical part: what we can import, what you will have to rebuild, and what to check before you move anything. We will not tell you what the other products do or what they cost today. Only they can tell you that, and it changes. What we can do is be exact about our own side.
Paste an export. Get an agent.
Inside NordTell there is a Migration page. You paste an export from your current platform and it becomes a NordTell agent you can open, read and edit in plain words.
Coming from Retell
Paste a Retell get-agent export (the agent plus its LLM settings). NordTell reads the name, the system prompt, the voice settings and the model settings, and shows you exactly what it understood before anything is saved.
Coming from VAPI
Paste a VAPI assistant export. Same idea: name, prompt, voice provider, voice, speed, model, temperature and token limit come across, and you see the mapping before you accept it.
Coming from Famulor
Paste the name and system prompt. Famulor writes its tool names differently from us, so NordTell translates them to its own automatically — otherwise the agent would try to call tools that do not exist here. That single step is the one most people get wrong by hand.
Coming from somewhere else
There is a custom JSON option for a payload already in NordTell's shape. And if all you have is the wording your agent uses, paste that into a new agent: the prompt is plain words here, so there is nothing to convert.
Retell, VAPI and Famulor are other companies' products. We are not affiliated with them and we do not speak for what they offer today. The import exists because customers asked for it.
What does not move across.
An import saves you the writing, not the wiring. Plan an afternoon, not a minute.
Your phone number
Numbers live with a carrier, not with a platform. Bring yours from Twilio, Telnyx or any SIP provider with the import wizard, or buy a new one here. Numbers
Your integrations
Calendar, CRM and order lookups are reconnected here as tools, an MCP server or a webhook. The descriptions come across; the connections you make again. Tools and MCP
Your call history
Old recordings and transcripts stay in the old system. Export anything you need to keep before you close the account there.
Fine-tuned timing
Every platform handles interruptions and pauses slightly differently. Expect to re-test the greeting and the hand-over, out loud, on a real phone.
Voice choice
Voices come from providers like ElevenLabs and Cartesia. If your old voice is not offered here, pick the nearest and listen before you commit.
Your prices
We bill per minute of conversation, not per seat or per agent. Work out your monthly minutes first, then compare properly. Pricing
What you would be moving to.

| Pricing | Per minute. Launch €29 a month with 60 minutes, Momentum €99 with 200, Authority €299 with 1,000, Empire €899 with 3,500. No seat fees, no per-agent fees. |

| For agencies | White label on Authority and Empire: your brand, your domain, a locked workspace per client. |
Six things worth checking first.
Ask these of us and of whoever you are leaving. The answers, not the demo, tell you what you are buying.
Can you export?
Before you commit anywhere, check you can get your prompts and call data back out. If you cannot, that is the whole answer.
Where does the data sit?
A country, not a marketing region. It matters more than most features if your callers are in Europe.
What is a minute?
Ask whether model and voice costs are inside the minute or billed on top. That one question changes the real price a lot.
How does it hand over?
Ask to hear a transfer where the colleague does not pick up. That is where most agents fall apart.
Does it speak your language well?
Not "supported" on a list. Call it and listen, in the language your customers actually use.
Who picks up when it breaks?
Ask who answers support, and how fast, when a live phone line is failing on a Friday afternoon.
Straight answers.
Is there a European alternative to the big voice-AI platforms?
NordTell is one. It is built in Copenhagen, Denmark, and runs on servers inside the European Union, with the model provider printed next to every model you choose and retention you set yourself. Whether it is the right one depends on your languages, your integrations and your volume — our honest comparison page includes the cases where it is not.
Can I import my agents from Retell, VAPI or Famulor?
Yes. NordTell has a Migration page that takes a Retell get-agent export, a VAPI assistant export, or a Famulor name and system prompt, and turns it into a NordTell agent. Famulor tool names are translated automatically. There is also a custom JSON option. Phone numbers, integrations and call history do not come across.
How long does switching take?
Importing the agent is minutes. Reconnecting your calendar or CRM, pointing a phone number here and re-testing the conversation out loud is usually an afternoon. Do not move a live number until you have called the agent yourself.
What does NordTell cost compared to paying per minute elsewhere?
NordTell charges per minute of conversation with no seat or per-agent fees: Launch €29 a month with 60 minutes, up to Empire €899 with 3,500, and extra minutes get cheaper on bigger packages. To compare fairly, ask any platform whether model and voice costs sit inside their minute price or are added on top.
Do I have to be in Europe to use it?
No. The servers are in the EU, but customers and callers can be anywhere, and the agent speaks about forty languages. If your callers and your data are both outside Europe, EU hosting may simply matter less to you.
Can I try it before moving anything?
Yes. Build an agent and talk to it in your browser before any phone number is involved. Import a copy of an existing agent, listen to it, and only then decide.
Paste your agent. Hear it in Danish.
Join the waiting list and we will import one of your existing agents with you, and call it together.
