Small team.
Real phones.

We are a few people in Copenhagen building a product used on real phone lines every day. That means the work is concrete: a call that dropped, a transfer that said "connected" too early, a Danish phrase the safety net missed. If that sounds like your kind of problem, we would like to hear from you, even when no role is posted.

Open roles

There are no open positions posted right now. We hire when a problem needs a person we do not have, and we post it here first.

Open application

Tell us what you have built, what you would fix in NordTell after a week of using it, and which language you would test the agent in. Send it through the contact page; the founders read it.

What we value

How we like to work.

Test on the real thing

A feature is done when it worked on a phone call, not when the unit tests pass. Both matter; only one is the truth.

Plain words

Commit messages, docs, error messages and prompts are written so a customer could read them. Usually a customer does.

Privacy as craft

Retention, consent and model choice are product decisions we make on purpose, not paperwork we fill in afterwards.

Ship small, often

The changelog has many entries because the changes are small enough to understand and roll back.

Own the phone

Everyone answers support sometimes. It is the fastest way to learn what the product actually is.

Scandinavian hours

Focused days, real evenings. Remote within Europe works; Copenhagen is home.
