Talk time counts
A minute is a minute of conversation, inbound or outbound, on any engine. Testing in the browser counts too, so the meter is honest. Each call shows what it cost.
Included minutes renew
Your package's minutes arrive at the start of each billing month. Minutes you buy on top stay in your wallet until you use them.
Extra minutes get cheaper
Past the bucket, you pay the extra-minute price of your package, and the bigger the package the lower it is. Auto top-up is a toggle, off by default.
There is no feature matrix, because there is no gate.

Is there a free trial?
There is a free account. Build agents, test them in the browser, explore every screen and the API. Connect a number and pick a package when you want real calls.
What does a phone number cost?
Numbers bought inside NordTell are billed at the carrier's price, shown before you buy. Numbers you bring from Twilio, Telnyx or a SIP provider stay on your account with them; NordTell only bills minutes.
Do the AI models cost extra?
No. The minute price covers the listener, the thinker and the voice, whichever you choose in the editor. The Butler, which builds workspaces for you, is metered separately by the tokens it uses and shown on the same wallet.
Can I change packages?
Yes, from Billing, at any time. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades from the next billing month. Cancel and your account stays, with the minutes you have left.
Are there discounts for yearly billing?
When there is, the Yearly switch above shows it, read from the platform. If the switch shows no saving, there is none right now.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euro, US dollar, British pound, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian kroner. Prices are set per currency, not converted at checkout.
