Partner kit

Everything you need to hand somebody the link.

This is the working half of the partner programme. What every number on your dashboard means, where the link belongs, wording you can paste as it is, and how the money reaches you. If you have not joined yet, the programme itself — the tiers, the maths and the rules — is on the partner programme page.

Your link remembers a visitor for 90 days Every commission is held 30 days, then payable Paid from €50, by bank transfer or NordTell credit
Your dashboard

Eight numbers, and what each one is telling you.

Your partner dashboard sits inside NordTell, under Referrals, next to your agents and your calls. This is the real screen, not a drawing of one.

The NordTell partner dashboard: partner link, clicks, sign-ups, paying customers, lifetime earned, the tier bar and the money cards

The partner dashboard. The figures on it are demo data.

  • Clicks. Real visits through your link, counted on our own server. Obvious bots are left out, and a link pulled in by a hidden image or frame is not counted at all. Underneath sits the share of your clicks that went on to make an account.
  • Sign-ups. People who arrived through your link and then created a NordTell account. Not money yet: an account can sit on the free tier for weeks.
  • Paying customers. The ones who have actually paid a bill. This is the number that sets your tier, and the only number commissions come from.
  • Lifetime earned. On hold, plus ready to pay, plus paid out. Everything the programme has ever written in your name, in one figure.
  • On hold. Commissions younger than 30 days. The refund window is still open, so the row is yours but the money cannot move yet.
  • Ready to pay. Past the hold and waiting for you. When this reaches €50 you can ask for it.
  • Paid out. What has already left us. Each payout keeps its date and the rows it covered, under the Payouts tab.
  • Your tier. The bar shows the tier you are on, the next one, and how many more paying customers it takes to get there. It also spells your rate out in a sentence.

Five tiers, from Kompas (compass) to Polaris (the north star). Climbing one lifts your share of what each of your customers pays, excluding VAT, every month they stay: 15% of that bill on Kompas, rising to 30% of it on Polaris. Every commission keeps the rate it was earned at, so a new tier changes what comes next and never rewrites what is already in your ledger. The full ladder is on the programme page.

Your link

One link, any page, ninety days of memory.

You get it the day you join, at the top of your dashboard, with a copy button. It is a plain path on our own domain, not a tracking subdomain, so ad blockers leave it alone.

That lands on the front page. Add ?to= and any page of the site, and the visitor goes straight there instead — the prices, an industry page, the Danish site:

The claim on the visitor is the same whichever page you point at. Make as many links as you like: one per video, one per newsletter, one per client, so you can tell which one actually worked.

  • First click wins. If a visitor met another partner's link before yours, that partner keeps the credit. The 90 days start at the first click, not the last.
  • Our server sets the cookie, not a script. Safari cuts a cookie written by JavaScript down to seven days, which would quietly turn a 90-day programme into a one-week one. The header comes from our own domain, so the full 90 days survive.
  • It only ever lands on our own pages. A ?to= pointing anywhere but nordtell.com is ignored and the visitor gets the front page. Nobody can turn your link into a redirect to somewhere else.
  • A hidden load claims nobody. If the link is opened inside an image, an iframe or a preloader rather than by a person clicking, no claim is made. That is the trick called cookie stuffing, and it does not work here.
  • A wrong code still shows the site. A typo in your link does not produce an error page. The visitor sees nordtell.com; you simply get no credit, so check the code once.
Where to put it

Six places it belongs, and none of them are spam.

You are recommending a phone system to people who already trust you. That works in the places you already talk to them.

A review you actually mean

Build one agent, ring it, and write down what happened, including the part it got wrong. An honest post ages far better than a launch announcement. Say in it that the link is a partner link.

Your newsletter

One short paragraph next to whatever you were writing about anyway. The blurb below is ready to paste; rewrite it in your own voice and keep the facts.

A client proposal

You were going to quote for the setup work anyway. The licence is a line in the proposal, the link is a footnote, and the client buys it in their own name.

A talk or a workshop

Nobody clicks a link from a stage, so write it out on the slide and point it at the prices with ?to=/pricing/. People type it in afterwards, and the 90 days cover the gap.

Your email signature

One quiet line under your name. It is the lowest-effort placement there is, and it works on people who were already writing to you.

Your "what we use" page

Most agencies have one, and it is read by exactly the people who are shopping. One line, one link, no banner needed.

If you sell to businesses, the professional feed is worth the effort: 59% of B2B buyers say they consume creator content on LinkedIn and 82% say it influences their decisions. That is the industry, not us — source: LinkedIn B2B Creator Marketing, 2025. We have no partner numbers of our own yet, because the programme is brand new.

The three noes

And three places it must not go.

Short list, and we would rather say it here than in an email afterwards. It is also written into the partner terms.

No ads on our name

Do not bid on "NordTell" or close variants in search ads, and do not run a profile, page or domain that looks like us. Those clicks were already ours, and it confuses our customers. Ads on your own name, your own audience and generic terms are welcome.

No coupon or cashback sites

Discount directories, voucher feeds and cashback pages are out. There is no NordTell coupon to hand out, so a listing would only collect people who were already on their way to us.

No referring yourself

Not your own account, not an account you control, not a company you own. The system already blocks the obvious cases, and this is the one rule that closes a partner account rather than warning it.

Words you can copy

Four pieces of writing, ready to paste.

Written to be edited. Change the voice, keep the facts, and swap CODE for your own. Every one of them says out loud that it is a partner link, because that is the honest way round and it costs the reader nothing.

Short social post

For LinkedIn or a short post

A phone that rings out is the quietest way to lose work. NordTell answers it: an AI voice agent that picks up in Danish or English, books the appointment, and hands the call to a person when it should. Built in Denmark, hosted in the EU, priced per minute from €29 a month. This is my partner link, so NordTell pays me a share of what they bill, excluding VAT, every month the customer stays — the price is the same for you either way: https://nordtell.com/r/CODE

Paste as it is, or cut the first line if your audience already knows the problem.
Newsletter paragraph

One tool worth a look

One tool worth a look this month: NordTell, a Danish platform for AI voice agents. You describe the job in plain words, give the agent a phone number, and it answers calls, books appointments and calls leads back — in about 40 languages, on your own number or one you buy from them. Recording, consent and how long anything is kept are your settings, and it all runs on servers inside the EU. Packages start at €29 a month and you pay by the minute, never per seat. The link below is my partner link: if you become a customer, NordTell pays me a share of what you pay them, excluding VAT, every month you stay. Your price does not change. https://nordtell.com/r/CODE?to=/pricing/

Roughly 110 words. Trims neatly to the first two sentences plus the disclosure.
One line for a client proposal

The line item, and the footnote

Missed-call cover. A NordTell AI voice agent on your main number: answers in [language], books into [calendar], and transfers to your team the moment a caller asks for a person. The NordTell licence is from €29 a month, billed to you directly and cancellable by you; we build the agent and look after the wording. Footnote: we are a NordTell partner, so NordTell pays us a share of your licence, excluding VAT, every month you stay with them. It does not change your price, and the account is yours, not ours.

The footnote matters. A client who finds out later remembers that, not the agent.
Email intro

To one person, about one problem

Subject: the phone thing you mentioned
Hi [name], you said calls go unanswered while the team is out on site. NordTell is what I would try. It is a Danish platform where you describe an agent in plain words, give it your number, and it answers, books and passes the call on when it needs a human. From €29 a month, paid by the minute, and you can hear it before you connect anything. Here is the page: https://nordtell.com/r/CODE?to=/pricing/ — that is my partner link, so NordTell pays me a share of your bill each month you stay with them, and your price is the same. Happy to set the first agent up with you. — [your name]

Send it to one person about one problem. It is worth more than a hundred posts.

Nobody has published any of these yet: the programme is brand new, so there are no partner posts, no results and no examples we could show you. If you write something better than what is above, send it to us and we will put it here with your name on it.

How you get paid

Thirty days, fifty euros, then it moves.

Every commission takes the same four steps, and you can watch it take them in the Earnings tab. Nothing is deleted along the way.

  • The customer pays a bill, so a commission row is written at your rateDay 0
  • The refund window is open, so the row sits in "on hold"Day 1–30
  • The hold ends by itself and the row turns into "ready to pay"Day 30
  • Once "ready to pay" reaches the minimum, you ask for it and we send it€50
  • Under €50 nothing is lost. The balance simply carries over to next month, and nothing in the ledger expires.

Bank transfer, or credit on your own account

Pick one under Payout details and fill it in once: your name, the method, the currency and where the money should land. Credit arrives as minutes on your own NordTell account, which is the faster of the two if you run agents yourself.

A refund takes its commission back

If NordTell refunds a payment, the commission on it comes back off, as a new line with the date and the reason on it. It is never a quiet deletion: your ledger only ever grows, so you can always see why a balance moved.

You raise no invoice by hand — the payout is built from your own ledger. Inside the EU, a business partner with a valid VAT number is normally handled as a reverse-charge supply, so the amount is paid without Danish VAT and you account for it at home. We are not your tax advisers; the exact wording lives in the partner terms.

Practical questions

The ones that come up once you have started.

The programme questions — tiers, rates, cookies, cancellations — are answered on the programme page. These are the working ones.

How do I know a click was counted?

Open your link yourself in a normal browser window and watch the Clicks number in your dashboard. It is counted on our server the moment the page is fetched, so it appears straight away. Three things are deliberately not counted: traffic from an obvious bot, a link pulled in by a hidden image or frame instead of a real visit, and any click on a code that does not exist. If your own test click does not show up within a minute, the code in the link is wrong.

My client already has a NordTell account. Can I still get the credit?

No, and we would rather be blunt about it. The link claims someone at the moment they create their account, and one account is only ever referred once. There is no way to attach a partner to an account that already exists, so nobody can hand it to you afterwards. The rule that follows is simple: send the link before they sign up, even if the conversation is still early. The 90 days are there so an early link still counts.

Can I refer a client I already invoice for other work?

Yes. Charging your client for your own setup, prompt-writing or support has nothing to do with the commission NordTell pays you, and one does not cancel the other. Two honest habits go with it: tell the client that the link earns you a share of what they pay NordTell, and put the account in their name so they can leave whenever they like. One case is different: if you resell NordTell white-labelled on the Authority or Empire package, the client is inside your workspace and pays you, not NordTell. There is no bill of theirs for us to pay a share of, so that is a resale, not a referral.

Do I need to be a NordTell customer to use the kit?

No. Joining is free, you are approved on the spot, and everything on this page works whether or not you run a single agent. Two things are easier if you are a customer: you can take your money as credit on your own account instead of a bank transfer, and you can build an agent, phone it, and write about what actually happened. That is the one thing we cannot write for you.

What happens if I stop promoting for a while?

Nothing is taken away. The customers you already brought keep paying their bills, so their commissions keep arriving every month, and your tier keeps counting the paying customers you brought in total. There is no minimum volume, no annual renewal and no expiry on a balance that has not reached €50 yet. A quiet year costs you the new customers you did not bring, and nothing else.

Can I use the link and the wording in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?

Yes. The site is written in all four languages, and your one link reaches any of them: add ?to=/da/pricing/ for the Danish prices, ?to=/sv/ or ?to=/no/ for the Swedish and Norwegian front pages. The claim on the visitor is the same whichever page they land on. The blurbs above have been written for each language too — switch the site's language at the top of this page to read them.

Can I use the NordTell name, logo and screenshots?

The name in plain text, yes, in a sentence that makes clear you are recommending us rather than being us. Do not put it in your own domain, your profile name or anything that reads as an official NordTell channel. For the logo files and product screenshots, ask us and we will send them: there is no download page yet, and we would rather hand you the right files than have you cut a logo out of a screenshot.

Something is wrong with a commission. Who do I talk to?

Us, directly. The quickest route is the chat bubble in the bottom right of your NordTell dashboard, where a person answers, and everything else goes through the contact page. Bring the customer's name and the date; every row keeps its own rate, tier and source, so a commission can be traced back to the exact payment it came from. We are a small company — the person who reads it can also fix it.
