Their calls answered.
Up to 30% of every bill, every month.

You earn a share of what each business you send us actually pays NordTell, excluding VAT — 15% from your very first customer, rising to 30% — and it lands again every single month for as long as that customer stays, on anyone your link touched in the last 90 days.

  • 90 days, first touch wins. The partner whose link a visitor met first keeps the credit, even if they sign up weeks later.
  • A share of the bill, not of a bonus pot. Your rate is applied to what the customer pays NordTell, excluding VAT.
  • Every month they stay. Not once. Not for a year. Every month the customer keeps paying, you keep earning.

How it works

Three harbours. One route.

Share your link, they become a paying customer, and from then on a commission lands every month. Nothing to install, nothing to invoice by hand.

HARBOUR 01

Share your link

You get one link the day you join. Put it in a proposal, a newsletter, a video description or a LinkedIn post. Every page of nordtell.com works, so you can point at pricing, at your client's industry, at whatever fits.

HARBOUR 02

They become a customer

They try NordTell, connect a number and pick a package. The referral counts from the moment they actually pay, not from the free account. You do not have to close the deal, invoice anyone, or handle their data.

HARBOUR 03

You get paid, every month

A commission row appears each time that customer is billed. It is held for 30 days while the refund window runs, then it becomes payable. From 50 euros you take it as a bank transfer or as NordTell credit.

Who it is for

If businesses already trust you with their phone, this is easy money.

You do not need an audience of a hundred thousand. You need a handful of businesses that answer their phone badly and know it.

Marketing and automation agencies

You already build funnels for clients. The phone is the leak at the end of every funnel you have ever built.

IT resellers and telephony installers

You set up the PBX and the numbers anyway. Bring your own SIP trunk, add an agent, keep the relationship.

Clinic and practice consultants

Dentists, physios, vets and GPs lose bookings to a busy tone every single day. You already have their ear.

Estate-agency coaches

A viewing enquiry that rings out is a lost listing. Agents understand speed-to-lead better than anyone.

Bookkeepers and accountants

You see the invoices, so you see who is paying three people to answer a phone that rings twelve times a day.

LinkedIn and YouTube creators

One honest demo of an AI answering a Danish call outperforms a month of banner ads. Your link sits in the description.

Web bureaus

You ship the site, the forms and the tracking. The web widget and a phone agent are the obvious next line on the quote.

Franchise owners

What works in one branch works in forty. One agent, one prompt, rolled out to every location that shares your name.

The money

Move the slider. That is the arithmetic, in full.

Real NordTell prices, the real tier ladder, no fine print hiding underneath. Commission is worked out on what the customer pays excluding VAT.

  • Varde3+
  • Nordlys10+
  • Fyrtårn25+
  • Polaris50+

This assumes today's tier applied to every customer, which keeps the sum simple. In real life each commission keeps the rate you held the month it was earned, so climbing a tier lifts what you earn next — it never rewrites what you already earned. Figures exclude VAT and assume nobody cancels.

The ladder

Five tiers, named after the things you steer by.

Nordic navigation, from the compass in your pocket to the star that never moves. The more customers you bring, the larger the share of each of their bills you keep, every month.

Climbing changes what comes next

The rate is frozen onto each commission the moment it is earned. Reaching Nordlys lifts every commission from that point on. It does not go back and rewrite the ones already in your ledger, and nothing is ever deleted from it.

Counted in total, not per month

Your tier is set by how many paying customers you have brought altogether. Bring three in one week or three across a year: Varde is Varde.

The maths

Where the waterline sits.

One bar, one bill. Everything above the water is what the customer pays NordTell. Everything below it is yours, month after month.

Their bill What the customer pays NordTell each month, excluding VAT
Your share — 15% to 30% of that bill, every month they stay
01

VAT never counts

The commission is worked out on the amount the customer pays before VAT. Tax is not income, not ours and not yours.

02

Held for 30 days

A new commission sits in "held" while the refund window runs. After 30 days it turns payable and joins your balance.

03

Paid from 50 euros

Once your payable balance reaches €50, request it. Under that it simply waits and adds up; nothing expires.

04

Refunds post a minus

If a payment is refunded, a negative row appears with the reason. We never quietly delete a row from your ledger.

What you get

A ledger you can read without an accountant.

Your partner dashboard lives inside NordTell, next to everything else. Clicks, signups, customers, each commission with its own rate and status, and one button to get paid.

And the kit to go with it

  • Your link, and as many as you like. One per campaign if you want to know which video or newsletter actually worked.
  • Logos and colours. The NordTell mark in the shapes and formats you need, with the rules for using it.
  • Product screenshots. The real dashboard, the agent editor, the call view. The same ones we use ourselves.
  • Short descriptions in four languages. English, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian, in one-line, one-paragraph and one-page lengths.
  • A number to let people hear it. Nothing sells a voice agent like hearing one answer.
  • Email and post copy to paste. A starting point you can rewrite in your own voice, not a template you must obey.
Honest proof

We have no partner numbers. So here is someone else's research instead.

The NordTell partner programme is brand new. There are no partners yet, no payouts yet, no earnings per click and no conversion rate. When we have our own numbers we will publish them. Until then, the industry's, with the source printed next to each one.

The boring bits, up front

The rules, before you ask for them.

Everything here is also in the partner terms. We would rather you read it on the way in than discover it on the way out.

90 days, and the first click wins

Your link drops a cookie that lasts 90 days. If a visitor met another partner's link before yours, that partner keeps the credit. First touch, not last touch.

Held 30 days, then payable, from 50 euros

Each commission waits 30 days for the refund window to close, then becomes payable. Ask for it when the payable balance reaches €50, as a bank transfer or as NordTell credit.

It counts when they pay

A signup is not a referral. A free account is not a referral. The referral counts the moment the business becomes a paying NordTell customer, and it keeps counting every month after.

Refunds reverse, in the open

If NordTell refunds a payment, the commission comes back off as a negative row you can see, with the date and the reason. Rows are never deleted from your ledger.

Free to join, no ceiling

Nothing to pay, no minimum volume, no annual fee and no cap on what you can earn. You do not have to be a NordTell customer to be a NordTell partner.

Questions

Asked before you did.

What counts as a referral, and when exactly?

A business that reached NordTell through your link within the last 90 days and then became a paying customer. It counts from their first successful payment, not from the free account, not from the demo. From that month on, every bill they pay generates a commission row for you.

When and how do I get paid?

Each commission is held for 30 days while the refund window runs, then it becomes payable. When your payable balance reaches €50 you request a payout and choose bank transfer or NordTell credit, which lands as minutes on your own account. Under €50 the balance simply waits and grows; it does not expire.

Is it really recurring, and for how long?

Yes. It is not a one-off finder's fee. Every month that customer pays NordTell, you earn your share of that month's bill, excluding VAT. There is no twelve-month cut-off and no expiry date. If they stay five years, you earn for five years.

How long does the link remember someone?

90 days from the first time they arrive through it. If they read the site in March, think about it, and sign up in May, the referral is still yours.

What if they upgrade or downgrade their package?

Your commission follows the bill. If they move from Launch at €29 to Authority at €299, your share is worked out on the larger amount from that month on. If they move down, it follows down. You always earn your rate on what they actually paid.

What if the customer cancels?

The commissions you already earned stay yours, and the ones already paid out stay paid. Future months simply stop, because there is no bill to take a share of. Nothing is clawed back except a genuine refund.

Is there a cap on what I can earn?

No. Not per customer, not per month, not per year. The tier ladder only goes upward: past 50 paying customers you are on Polaris at 30% of each of their bills, every month, and it stays there.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee, no minimum volume, no certification to buy and no annual renewal. You need an account and a bank account or a NordTell balance to be paid into.

Can I refer myself, or my own company?

No. Self-referrals do not count, and neither do accounts you control, companies you own or family members set up to look like customers. It is the one rule that gets an account closed rather than warned.

Can I run ads on the NordTell brand name?

No. Bidding on "NordTell" and close variants in search ads is not allowed, and neither is any domain or profile that pretends to be us. You are buying clicks we would have had for free, and it confuses our customers. Ads on your own name, your own audience and generic terms are welcome.

Two partners referred the same customer. Who gets it?

The first one. The partner whose link the visitor met first inside the 90-day window keeps the credit, even if someone else sent the last click. We would rather reward the person who introduced NordTell than the person who arrived at the finish line.

Do I have to be a NordTell customer myself?

No. Plenty of good partners will never run an agent of their own. That said, having used it makes you far better at explaining it, and NordTell credit is one of the two ways we can pay you.

Which countries can join?

Anywhere we can lawfully pay you and where you can lawfully take the payment. We are a Danish company hosting in the EU, so Europe is the simplest case, but partners outside it are welcome; sanctioned countries are the exception.

How does the money work if I am outside Denmark?

You raise no invoice by hand; the payout is based on your own ledger in the dashboard. Inside the EU, a business partner with a valid VAT number is normally handled as a reverse-charge supply, so we pay the amount without Danish VAT and you account for it at home. Outside the EU it is generally outside the scope of Danish VAT. We are not your tax advisers, so check with yours; the exact wording is in the partner terms.

Do I move up the ladder automatically?

Yes. The moment your third paying customer is counted you are on Varde, and your next commissions are calculated at the higher rate. The rate is frozen onto each commission when it is earned, so climbing changes what comes next, never what has already been written down.
