AI receptionist prices in Denmark, Sweden and Norway compared
Most AI receptionists sold in the Nordics either hide their price behind a demo or bury it in small print. This page puts the public prices side by side. Every number was read on the vendor's own website on 25 October 2026 and is linked, so you can check it yourself. Prices change, so treat this as a starting point and confirm with the vendor before you buy. NordTell is on the list too, and we have marked it as our own product.
How to read the tables
- From is the cheapest monthly plan the vendor shows, excluding VAT unless noted.
- Included is what that plan includes. Some vendors count minutes, one counts calls.
- Extra is the price of each minute (or call) above the plan.
- Setup and binding are one-off fees and minimum terms, where the vendor states them.
A low monthly price with few minutes can cost more than a higher price with many. Work out your own monthly minutes first: how to estimate your minutes.

JesperAI, Nordic Solutions AI and opkald.ai give prices only after a demo or meeting. CityCallCenter shows no plan price; its AI page says minutes typically cost 4 to 5 kroner.

Snakk gives a price after a demo. Syntriq sells its AI receptionist as an add-on to the websites it builds, from NOK 990 a month plus a setup fee from NOK 4,900.
What a price table cannot tell you
- Does it say it is an AI? Callers should know who they are talking to, and in the EU the AI Act requires it from 2 August 2026. Ask every vendor.
- Can it confirm a booking that did not happen? Ask how the agent is stopped from saying "booked" before the calendar has said yes.
- Where are calls processed? "Hosted in the EU" sometimes has exceptions for the AI models or phone carriers. Ask for the sub-processor list.
- How does it sound in your language? Call a demo number and test it with your own customers' questions.
